The month of 'Restoration' - Joel 2: 1-32

Ephesians 4:10

“The same one who descended is also the one who ascended above the heights of heaven, in order to begin the restoration and fulfilment of all things.” Colossians 2:13 gives us a biblical definition of the word restoration,” This “realm of death” describes our former state, for we were held in sin’s grasp (the uncircumcision of your flesh/heart). But now, we’ve been resurrected out of that “realm of death” never to return, for we are forever alive and forgiven of all our sins.” Google defines restoration as: - 1. The action of returning something to a former owner. place or condition (, repair repairing, fixing). 2. The return of a monarch to a throne, a head of state to government all at regime to power (reinstatement).

“In every relationship be swift to choose peace over competition (Psalm 34:14) and run swiftly toward holiness, for those who are not holy will not see the Lord. watch over each other to make sure that no one misses the revelation of God’s grace. And make sure no one lives with a root of bitterness (resentment) sprouting within them which will only cause trouble and poison the hearts of many.” (Hebrews 12: 14-15)

Firstly - Living at peace with others is an indicator off the health of your relationship with God.

Secondly - Living a holy life. you are always trying your best to treat others with the same mercy and unconditional love that God would show to them and that He already has shown to you. You will stumble at times, but all God asks is that you sincerely try to be more like Him each day.

The more you understand what God has done to make peace with you, the more you understand the benefits of pursuing holiness and peaceful relationships with others.

Thirdly – A repentant heart, the Bible in Joel 2:13 says, “Don’t tear your clothing in your but tear your hearts instead.” Return to the LORD your God, for he is merciful and compassionate, slow to get angry and filled with unfailing love. He is eager to relent and not punish.” (Isaiah 6:5; Ecclesiastes 12:13-14).

Fourthly – Living a forgiving life, “for it is the key that, unlocks the door of resentment and the handcuffs of hatred. It is a power that breaks the chains of bitterness and the shackles of selfishness.” I urge you to deliver yourself from these spirits by living a life of forgiveness allowing the Holy Spirit to help you but you have to show interest and the willingness.

Finally - Live a life of service to the Lord and others – “But the Lord will redeem those who serve Him – no one who takes refuge in Him will be condemned - (Psalm 34:22).

This I believe is the best possible was to maintain your deliverances and experience, divine restoration even beyond your wildest imagination. Glory be to God Almighty, amen.

I decree, you will move from grace to grace and from grace to glory. The light of God will go before you and every darkness shall give way for the glory of God to manifest greatly in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I see and hear your exceptional testimonies throughout this month and beyond.

God bless you.

Happy New Month of Restoration!!!
